It has been easy for us as administrators because it's integrated with our existing tools, like Windows Server Update Services or WSUS.

The GUI makes configuring updates extremely simple. I dislike their pricing model of charging per host rather than per user/per machine so we can't easily justify purchasing this software if there are cheaper products out there in other markets such as Germany where licensing costs much less! We've had some problems getting alerts from Snappatch into SCVMM but they're working very hard at resolving these issues. Patching large VM networks using SNAPPATCH helped reduce complexity by greatly simplifying deployment management across multiple VMs within a single environment.
