Loved the red colour, pillow and roomy sock box. They are light and breathe well in hot weather. The mesh material feels durable and keeps its shape. I love the sock design because my previous new balance shoes had laces that kept coming undone and a tongue that needed constant adjustment. This Gobi has solved these problems. They transition well from on-road to off-road, but don't expect ankle support in steep or rocky terrain. they offer good stability and are not bulky. I won't wear them for mud/water runs because the foam will hold water but love them for running and outdoor fitness.
