This is one of Milwaukee's tool bags that comes with many of the company's tools. As such, they are made of heavy duty canvas or similar material for commercial use, will withstand heavy use and will not fall apart. They have a hard but flexible base (still plastic?) that keeps the bottom of the bag flat but flexes a bit. They also usually have interior pockets for storing small items. These are high quality bags that will not fall apart after a year or two of use. Highly recommended.
