Review on πŸ’» nonda USB C to USB Adapter - Seamlessly Connect USB-C Devices with USB 3.0 and Thunderbolt 3 Compatibility by Doug Virden

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Looks good but doesn't live up to the hype

Light is a nice feature and the adapter appears to be well made but randomly loses connection which is becoming a common occurrence. It turns out that the adapter only plugs in in a certain position, and the smallest thing, like typing on the keyboard or a slight movement of the desk the computer is on, often causes the adapter to move around very, very small amount moves imperceptibly. and it will lose connection. Sitting across the room and getting up every now and then to try to get the adapter back in place defeats the purpose of a wireless mouse or keyboard. Or other devices that need a stable connection. Reliability, or lack thereof, is a big issue. The problem only became apparent after the return window was closed. So I advise against buying it as there's a high chance you'll throw it in a bunch of useless electronics or just throw it away.

Pros
  • USB to USB adapter
Cons
  • Requires an outlet
