Received a defective item that is marked non returnable
I paid $25.00 for The Body Shop Peppermint foot spray. The spray pump does not work and the item is marked as non-returnable. OK. I guess I can understand that but there should be a way for me to replace an item that is un-useable but there does not seem to be a way to do so. BAD BUSINESS! Sold by Pineapple Boutique.
