Great Customer service. Our tech support has been outstanding. We had a problem with the Mac version and they fixed it right away!We love how they explain everything clearly and are extremely patient when dealing with our requests. They have worked with us for almost a year now and we've found them to be reliable and responsive. Highly recommend! They helped us set-up some things with my mac and gave very good instructions. I think they should make more money since they help so much. Also would like to see an upgrade path if you get a bigger screen or something else changes down the road as long as it's within reason.
