Great customer service. They were able to fix our issue quickly and explained everything clearly.

Great Customer service. Our tech support has been outstanding. We had a problem with the Mac version and they fixed it right away!We love how they explain everything clearly and are extremely patient when dealing with our requests. This question is asking us to confirm whether the information provided by the Fee Service software meets the requirements of the auditor.

I am working with them on an audit of our fees. The audit team wants to use the Fee Service software, but they are unsure if it will provide the results they require. Can you please confirm whether the information we would receive from the Fee Service software meets the requirements of the auditor? They want all documents associated with each project fee paid as part of the report. That way, they could easily compare how much was spent vs. the budgeted amount or whatever other criteria needed

  • I would say that this is a good option if your organization does not want to invest heavily in IT tools.
  • It is an easy-to-use tool that does not require any training to be used properly.
Cons
  • There is no export feature available.
  • The interface is a little cumbersome.

This product is perfect for those who work with loan estimates.

This product does exactly what it says it will do. It works perfectly well for the types of documents that I use it for. It is however not easy to setup if you are not familiar with ERP software. There is also a fair amount of documentation to read through before you understand how everything works. I am able to configure my client's loan estimate data into the software, but I am unable to print from within the software itself. This means that I have to export the data and print it myself. In…
