Pleasantly surprised by this vacuum cleaner. I love that I can wall mount it in the charger and that it vacuums hardwoods and even carpets well. I love its design both aesthetically and when I hold and move it. I thought the omnidirectional head would drive me crazy because the other products I had were uncontrollable. But with this vacuum cleaner, it's much easier to use, so I got used to it very quickly, and now it's very comfortable. It's not perfect though: the suction power is NOT AMAZING and the dust box is very difficult to clean due to the filter construction. I really don't want to touch these things. It would be nice if you could just open it, flip it, and knock everything out. But not everything is so simple in this matter. Also, and this is by far the worst thing, it's almost pointless to separate a handheld vacuum from an upright vacuum because the handheld vacuum's suction tip is the worst design I've ever seen. It's almost impossible to suck anything through the oddly shaped nozzle. I can't even tell where the suction part of the tip is pointing at any given moment, so I just have to pan around and hope I can manage to place it in the right place. It takes too long and is frustrating. I almost never use a handheld vacuum due to its poor design. However, I would buy it again if I couldn't afford a more expensive cordless vacuum and would recommend it to others looking for a vacuum in this price range. However, if you vacuum a lot by hand, either buy a different handheld vacuum or complement it with a separate handheld vacuum.
