Would easily give 5 stars. The camera works great! Good picture. Much better than a license plate bracket, especially when hitching a trailer. The product seems to be factory. I removed 1 star because many head units require a reverse trigger cable that is not included in the wiring harness. I had to take a very well made factory wiring harness and glue the extra wire to it. My attempt to contact CS to resolve the issue for future customers failed. Contact failed. I deducted the 2nd star because the camera connector is too short. If it was a foot longer, it would stick out past the back door. This would make it much easier to remove the tailgate. As it stands I would need to remove 9 torx screws to remove the tailgate trim and disable the camera. Another update! However, it doesn't look like Revain released the first update, so I'll summarize. 07/26/19 The handle broke within a year. For that, my 3 star rating goes up by 1. Tried CS to see if I could just buy the stylus but heard nothing. Didn't want to spend another 140€ for a year. I had problems with the pen from day one. It was always difficult to work and I could only open it using the left side of the handle. I took off the broken grip assembly and figured I'd pull out the OEM assembly to see if I could just change the grip. It worked, and not only did it work, it worked better than ever. The only minor thing is that the old handle has faded, so it doesn't fit very well, see the photo, but it doesn't bother me, it's just an old mining truck.
