Review on 🎧 LG Tone Flex HBS-XL7 Neckband Earbuds with HiFi DAC Tune by Meridian Audio, Bluetooth Wireless, Black by Alex Cassanova

Hello Bluetooth neckband enthusiasts! If you're looking for a candid and honest review of the LG Tone Flex HBS-XL7 Bluetooth Headset, you've come to the right review! I recently purchased these headphones (LG Tone Flex HBS-XL7) after many years of using my LG Tone Ultra HBS-810 headphones (which I love). And after a few uses, I was disappointed with the results. The sound quality of the LG Tone Flex HBS-XL7 is TERRIBLE! They're using this new sound company called Meridian, come on! I had JBL sound in my ears from my 810 and can hear the difference, JBL WINS WITH HANDS! Now for battery life, OMG, battery life, reviewers beware! Battery life LG Flex HBS-XL7: talk time - 8 hours, play time - 10 hours, standby time - 18 days. Now the battery life of the LG Tone Ultra HBS-810: talk time - 17 hours / play time - 13 hours / up to 550 hours or 23 days! It's not rocket science, but the LG Tone Ultra HBS-810 has a MUCH BETTER battery life! Now, the controls on the LG Tone Flex HBS-XL7 are a bit confusing when you've been using another Bluetooth device for as long as I have, and I have to say LG has given up on that too. Having volume and skipping work was a bad idea. I caught myself driving (semi-truck), mistaking the buttons for nothing but frustration, and I ended up getting this LG Tone Flex HBS-XL7 off my neck and itching to get home to grab it and SEND IT BACK ! I didn't like holding the power button down when I couldn't tell if my Flex HBS-XL7 was on or not, instead of having a simple on/off button like the LG Tone Ultra HBS-810. The only good thing I can say about the LG Tone Flex HBS-XL7 is the flexible neck strap which is really comfortable for all day use! As I said I was dying to get home from work to pack up and return my LG Tone Flex HBS-XL7, it felt so good and I'm glad I didn't just throw my LG Tone away. Ultra HBS-810 in very good condition! I deleted them and said "sorry" to them personally lol! I always take great care of my Bluetooth headsets, but now I take EXTRA care of my LG Tone Ultra HBS-810s and have even brought an extra pair of LG Tone Ultra HBS-810s in case something happens to the ones I already have.
