Review on Brother High Speed Professional Multi System Compatible by Joe Griffin

Had a Brother 710W which was completely worn out. I chose this one because of the positive reviews and the low price. One small problem - this DOES NOT WORK AT ALL on Mac. Spent the better part of 2 hours searching the web, installing/removing drivers/software, switching computers, swapping cables - whatever - I tried. The QL-800 just doesn't interact with the Mac, either in Max OS 10.13 or the latest version 10.14. Brothers has terrible tech support. The help section is poorly organized and mostly focuses on Windows 10 issues. (Based on article count - there are a TON of issues using this printer and with Windows 10). I emailed a detailed report of everything I did and got a reply I should have in 2-3 business days! Excellent customer care brothers. Stay away from this product. mine is going back
