I was concerned about this certified refurbished unit but it is in excellent condition. I couldn't tell if it was used without checking every little point. I don't know why I didn't buy this sooner. I've been looking for a robot vacuum for a long time and it cleans like a beast! I don't think you need to go for more expensive floorplans if you just want a clean place or have a smaller house, probably 2-3 BR max to work effectively. It goes in my bedroom and works great on the carpet in my room! The battery lasts about an hour and a half in standard mode, but I haven't tested the maximum battery life yet. I don't really use max suction because running without it is enough. Glides easily over the carpet in my living room and the carpet in my room. It takes about 5-10 minutes to find the charger depending on where it is, but that's because it's in a corner with a bunch of stuff next to it. Pretty quiet, you can watch TV while it cleans up.
