Review on 💦 Premium URO Parts 32411095526 Power Steering Suction Hose - Reservoir to Pump by Jeremy Rodriguez

I love URO parts, I've used many; I've never had a problem, but this part is SERIOUSLY faulty. Attached photos are straight out of the box, NOT installed. This is the E46 power steering return hose; the URO part has a strong protective outer shell compared to traditional woven vinyl; looks like it should hold up better so I ordered. It came quickly, the packaging is undamaged. Both ends are sealed with plastic plugs. I removed an end cap to see and notice what appeared to be a cut going in but not out. Squeeze a little and WOW. A crack has opened along the inner hole of the hose. The crack runs the full length of the hose (I feel weak to the outer jacket even past the visible crack), it separates completely at BOTH ends and is obviously a connection issue during production. Marked for return immediately. Option for the same or a different item. I really want a solid outer shell but can't believe there won't be another part from the same batch with the same problem so I went back to buy a comparable, different aftermarket part that was scheduled for 2 day delivery is. Seller/Shipper: I hope this is a manufacturer's deviation, but if you have others available, UNPLUG THESE PLUG IMMEDIATELY AND CHECK FOR THIS DEFECT. I will send the part back asap, please contact URO about the problem, send them pictures! Part: zero stars. Easy return: 5 stars. Revane is great, but sometimes things go wrong.
