I like that this has been able to integrate with our accounting software so we can see exactly how much revenue is coming from tickets, as well what expenses are incurred when using it too- which makes things easy! It's also very customizable once you get used to your interface (which takes minutes if not seconds). We have yet o find something wrong about TicketSetUp though because they've really worked hard at offering us features/functionality and support after launch was amazing :) Definitely recommend taking advantage their live chat feature or reaching out directly before purchase since customer service here will be second to none once set up properly! Their main focus should go towards expansion into other marketplaces outside ebay such as GroupOn etc however they may already do these but just haven't released them publicly. The fact there isn’t more competition within eBay marketplace selling means customers don't feel pressured by competing sellers who want cash instead of doing business fairly over an auction platform meaning better prices overall without.
