Received this mount yesterday and my 32" TV installed in 15 minutes. Pulled down pretty hard and it seemed tight. The instructions don't say much, but they're pretty basic. Insert the screws into the studs and fasten the TV. I did it myself, but a second person might make it a little easier. The included plate can take TV screws in increments of up to 200x200, and the kit includes brackets that can be attached to fit larger TVs up to 400x400. (Most TV specs list distance.) Mine is a 32-inch 200x100 so it didn't require arms outstretched. There are adjustable thumbscrews to adjust the position of the TV after installation, which is convenient. Not sure about the other review saying it fell off the wall. I have to assume it was incorrectly attached to the wall and not the shelf. The kit includes drywall anchors, but I think most people understand that this won't help. I'm not sure why they made them available in the first place. The cheapest mount I saw at a local store was $40. It was under $17 and was delivered to my door in 2 days. Great mount and great price. Thank you Revan
