My time spent purchasing with BETIMESYU did not even come close to meeting my expectations. Their website was difficult to understand and navigate, which made it difficult for me to locate the information that I was looking for. When my package eventually arrived, I was dismayed to discover that the clothing I had ordered was of poor quality and that the shoes I had purchased were painful to wear. The jewelery appeared to be of poor quality and was tacky. I tried to get assistance from their customer support, but they were unhelpful and unresponsive when I reached out to them. They would not let me get a refund on my purchase or exchange the things I had bought, so I was stuck with low-quality goods that I was unable to make use of. In general, BETIMESYU is not a retailer that I would suggest to anyone seeking to purchase high-quality clothing or accessories. There are other choices available that are both superior and less likely to leave you feeling frustrated and let down.
