This is a fairly light vest. There are plenty of pockets to put what I need in: cell phone, snacks, cash and ID. The zip pocket is great for keeping my phone from popping out while running or biking in the mountains. I can even put my hat in my back pocket. I also like tires top and bottom. I can attach carabiners to it to carry small items. On the front there is a clear plastic sleeve on one side to put your ID in or say your name tag. I like that the two top pockets are with velcro, they fit well. The mesh on the inside of the vest is meant to keep you cool, but I was warmer and sweat a little more in this vest because it hugs your body. hike. I appreciate that it is BPA free. I like the velcro loop that holds the bag up. However, I don't care about folding and pinching the water bag. Despite its strength, the clamp can slip and leak over time. But not before it's well worn. Camelback has a better bag. It is equipped with a lid that closes with screws. However, because you can fully open this case, it's easy to clean and store open to dry. Like most vests I've worn, this vest tends to shrink in the back and front when the water bag is full, especially since it's lightweight. Another thing I love about this vest is the dust cover on the neck. a piece that you can pull to open the water flow and push to close and push to drink the mouthpiece. All this prevents water leakage in three different ways. I also like the clip in the middle of the top strap that keeps the hookah in place until I need it. Good vest for hydration.
