This sign is transparent and has good visibility. Since I started wearing glasses, I no longer have problems with fogging. However, the headband is made of plastic. I had red spots on my forehead from wearing it. There are no pillows at all - it's just a plastic band around your head. It's tight. I wore the shield and mask on the red eye flight from Seattle to Tampa and also on the return flight from Fort Myers to Seattle - it worked but I wouldn't recommend wearing it for long periods of time as it's uncomfortable. he is stuck. I could see through perfectly and had no fogging issues, which is what I liked about it.
