I have a blanket on the couch for my cats because it self-holds the cat fur on the couch, gives them something cozy and warm to toast under and it's just cute. And if I need a blanket, I can grab it and crawl under it. That could have been done better, but the pressure is good. Mine arrived with some loose threads in the corners and hem which bothers me over time with wear and wash. I don't want it to fall apart after the second wash. Cats love soft surfaces just like me. I thought this blanket would be cute for me and for the cats when it's time to sleep/nap. However, I was a bit disappointed that it is so thin. This is a very cute blanket but the material is very thin. It's really thin, like a t-shirt. By and large, not everything is so warm. I actually find bath towels warmer than these. I realize it's being described as lightweight, but it's actually less of a throw and more of a tapestry. But since my cats have gotten used to it, I think it will work really well. I'm a classic gamer and furries need a soft blanket so this was a win-win for me. It looks great on the couch when no one is using it, and it's a talking point that usually leads to my Nintendo and Super Nes collection. Besides, I can't get excited about a happy fluffy baby. The price isn't that high and I actually paid for a print rather than expecting a well made quilt. Although they could have used a thicker fabric. It's listed as new and specifically states that it's not hard and is instead a topic of conversation, so I guess it's on me.
