I'm honest. It's not as good as the Tab A. This case has a "skin" that fits the tablet very well, and it's firmly bonded to the case itself. It is durable and will last a long time. It has three legs so you can view your tablet from different angles/heights. But the skin is made of a slippery material, and the table can slide off the props pretty easily. The volume and power buttons are NOT cut out, so you have to press very hard to perform the functions. I cut them out myself because the buttons became very uncomfortable to use as the slippery "skin" allows the tablet to slide off the supports when you press them. You don't have to do this. The old case (for the Tab A) was all leather and barely slipped when using the function keys. So I use my old tablet (Tab A) instead of the new one (Tab A7) because this case makes the new tablet less functional. I bought this suitcase without hesitation, I was so lucky with the old one, it is STILL in good condition. But this case makes my new table difficult to use for the reasons I mentioned. Didn't expect that. I know it will last a long time just like the old one. However, this only makes it more difficult to use the new tablet.
