This item is almost perfect. The only thing that could improve it would be if the price was a little lower so I could buy more. I originally planned to use this item to organize my eyeliner. However, eyeliner pencils tend to have the same colored cap. Because of this, they are difficult to distinguish at a glance when placed in this holder. On the other hand, lipsticks are more likely to have different colored end caps, making them much more suitable for use in this organizer. All of my lipstick brands work well including Kevyn Aucoin, OCC, Sephora and Chantecaille. I also have some OCC lip brushes in smaller holes. The big holes are perfect for my KVD liquid lipsticks. Now I can find all my lipsticks very quickly. Although I ultimately decided not to use it for eyeliner, I also want to mention the fit of these products. My regular pencils like Urban Decay fit fine, but my liquid eyeliners (like KVD) don't fit in the smaller holes. They fit in big holes, like all of my eyeshadow pencils (Too Faced, Chanel, Nars, Dior) but I'd need a lot more holes if I was trying to organize everything. It's also worth mentioning that I've found that my mascara doesn't fit in any holes (Diorshow).
