The keyboard and mouse ports on this one are almost useless. To be fair, the display says not to use the multimedia keyboard, but the numlock light doesn't even work (numlock turns off and on, but the light doesn't turn off and on). This hub also caused my mouse to behave erratically in games. The keyboard and mouse connectors seem to cut off certain signals from the mouse and keyboard. Fortunately, the single switched port acts as a USB hub. I bought a Revain Basics 4-port USB hub and connected a mouse, keyboard, camera and USB sound card to it. Now all four work perfectly.
