Lost Curls in Makeup Brushes & Tools

I really wanted to give this 5 stars 5 stars but I am so disappointed that her extensions lost their curls within a week. My client came back with straight lashes, looks like she just did them. They didn't fan out easily either, the sticky substance at the base prevented them from fanning out.
