I like how quickly you can get started, it's easy to use and has all of your accounts in one place! It gives me more control over my marketing efforts than other software options I've used. The tool is expensive and not as robust as some of our competitors products. If you're looking for a tool that allows you to easily market to a large group of people (ie: thousands), this is the right fit for you. We are able to reach new customers and build relationships with them. I like that this software was developed by an organization with vast experience in CRM, which is what I needed from my sales team's point of view! It has been very helpful when it comes to keeping track of our contacts' activities in multiple platforms. The platform needs some improvements, especially regarding mobile app development. As mentioned above, we've found great value in being able to access information at any time via smartphone or tablet.
