As soon as I opened the package I fell in love with the color! The shirt is soft and light for corduroy. According to the label it is 100% polyester. The fit was just how I like it with room for a heavy shirt underneath. Now to my problem… there was a really strong smell of paint. He was also very wrinkled. The first thing I had to do was wash it. I was surprised to see that he recommended professional dry cleaning. I gently tossed it in the washing machine with cold water. It came out with no noticeable fading or shrinking. Didn't put it in the dryer. I hung it outside to help with the smell. It doesn't smell anymore and everything is fine. There are fewer wrinkles but unfortunately next fall I may have to steam it out before putting it on. Temperatures are in the 70's here and corduroy is needed.
