It would be great if I didn't have to reset them every time I want to lock them again. Now I'm at the point of refusing to reset. I can easily open it with a number of combinations, but locking it back is a different story. UPDATE: I found a solution: the lock needs to be set to an open combination for the loop to shut down. back into the slot, then quickly switch to the non-opening combination to get it locked again. It's absurd when someone doesn't want others to be able to see their combination. I literally have to leave the lock on the opening combination while it's unlocked until I'm ready to lock it again. Bad privacy. Glad I use it for my garden shed. DO NOT buy if you want your combination to be private in a public place.
