This type of processing easily withstands the torque required to plug the starter into the socket. Chinese varieties have plastic bodies, and when you try to plug them into an outlet, the end connections come loose. We tried different brands of plastic/Chinese starters - they all broke. Buy fluorescent starters from GE and don't waste your money on others.
