It is very easy to use bots in your business or blog, you just need to copy paste code of bot written by the developer team and it will work as per requirements. Sometimes if there are some errors while copying code then I have faced difficulty but after few changes everything works fine. The best part is that even newbies can easily understand how things work using this tool. So far no issue with me so all thumbs up! If you want only text replies when user messages with bot then go ahead otherwise this might not be good option. Use this software at least once before going about other options available out there. There could be many reasons why someone wants to write a reply from a virtual assistant like an employee etc. But this solves many problems at one place. Botsify gives me the freedom to build my bot without writing any code.The user interface looks very clean and easy to understand.The support team is very helpful and fast. Sometimes the bot is not responding to the user's inputs. Sometimes the bot takes a long time to process my request. I am solving a problem of my client who is an online store. The cost of building the bot is very low. The bot is helping my client to engage with their customers in a more personal way.
