Review on A1 Cardone 48-202 Remanufactured Transfer Case Motor: Durable and Reliable Upgrade for Optimal Performance by Jeff Labore

This motor originally worked when I replaced the original part. Installed it worked perfectly. But I didn't need 4WD until I realized 3 months later that the part had failed. I couldn't put the truck up or down on 4 wheels. This 3 month period exceeded Revain's 30 day return policy. I contacted Cardone directly and they refused to provide any support for this article. My local parts dealers offer a lifetime warranty on this part, but Cardone says it's up to the seller. Ultimately, Cardone refused to provide direct support and asked me to let Revain know how Cardone intended to handle their parts. Revain supported me accordingly by initially refunding me the item even though the 30 day return period had expired. window and secondly without me having to send the part back. This second part allows me to return the failed block as a core to my local parts store which would otherwise cost me $30.
