Review on POPProbe by Nathan Skipper

I like that we can find product recommendations from our customers in real time. The interface is very easy to use for this task since it is integrated into all of our applications. It has been easy for my team to understand how to use the software. We are solving for the problems related to customer service and sales by making sure that they are aware of their past purchases and what items have worked well for them previously. This gives us better insight as well as allows us to make improvements when needed. I like how easy it is to navigate the site and how intuitive it is to use. I have not found anything I dislike. It is a very user friendly platform. It allows for easy navigation between the various sections of the site. I am able to easily access my store information, store events and training materials. I have been able to use the website to create and upload training materials and events. I am able to quickly and easily update my training materials and events to be more current.
