Review on Rug Doctor Commercial Cleaning Machine by Juan Russell

I never had a problem with the scraper mat before purchasing this model. However, this product is not good. Dirty water flows back onto the freshly washed floor. My husband had to use our store vacuum to go over the carpet after using the carpet doctor. So that no dirty water gets on our carpet -_-. We have had the item for a little over a month. Our back window closed on the 18th and this thing started leaking after being used twice to clean three bedrooms. My husband went back to use it on the 23rd and he started having this leak problem. I am beyond annoyed. 400 dollars. I assume that the product will continue to work without problems for much longer.
