Not cotton - my new review
I bought the solid navy dress. The description said it was 95% cotton, 5% spandex. When I received the dress, the label says it's 60% polyester, 35% rayon, 5% spandex.
- Just like photo, love the fit, nice fabric that washes well with no shrinkage
- The V-neck cut is too low for some women's comfort levels
