CUSTOMER SERVICE from this seller is top notch! Never in the world has a salesperson done so much for me. I should have written this review a long time ago, but I wanted to be thorough and not sloppy. Keep in mind that the icing on these matcha bowls varies VERY from bowl to bowl. Drops, how far drops go. Everything is handmade, so it looks like handmade. No two matchboxes look alike. They just don't. The color is fairly consistent from bowl to bowl. I ended up buying at least 5 identical bowls and keeping one for myself because I was looking for something special. I wanted the signature drips in the bowl around the bowl. DO NOT go under the bottom of the bowl. Yes, I know, picky. But I needed it to match other teaware, so I needed it to match the aesthetic. So how deep the pattern/glaze goes into the bowl will vary. Sometimes it's halfway, sometimes it's getting to the bottom. Sometimes the drops are longer, sometimes the drops are barely visible. They are all different. So keep that in mind. If you're not picky, you'll love it. I'm usually never that picky, but I needed it to mix and match with all the other teaware I already had. I'll try to post pictures later. Also comes in a nice sturdy box. VERY gift.
