horrible nail polish
This is the worst nail polish I have purchased. The color is not what the website advertises unless you pile it on. Additionally, it never dries. I have waited an hour and yet my nails are still smudging. Unfortunately, I cannot return this item as they said its flammable. I guess its not flammable when its shipping to the customer.
- All the Londontown nail products are excellent. Doesn't chip.
