fits a bit snug so definitely order a size or two up depending how lose you want it. I enjoy a tight fit so the Medium fit perfectly to my body. i'm 180 lbs, 5'8' with athletic build. made my chest look great and snug on my arms. will shrink in wash so definitely hang dry or dry on low heat.
