I bought this multi cooker to make bone broth. Before use, I washed according to the manufacturer's instructions and did not notice that the ceramic glaze was worn off. As I strained the first batch of bone broth, I noticed that it looked odd. Before washing, I dried the pan with paper towels and they turned completely black, the color of ceramic cooking utensils. I didn't want to think that all the time I spent with the broth had been wasted, so I kept wiping the inside, each time the paper towel became covered with a black coating. There's no way this black stuff didn't get into the bone broth. I will be returning this terrible product.
