I bought this multi cooker to make bone broth. Before use, I washed according to the manufacturer's instructions and did not notice that the ceramic glaze was worn off. I want to give a good review because it works great but I'm SOOOOO disappointed that Crock Pot changed the look of their lights to cheap aluminum. I bought a smaller one from Target to replace my 15 year old crock pot simply because the handle on my old one broke. I was shocked when I opened it up and MASSAGED the exterior right out of the box!
