Good size shorts. They fit my grandson perfectly and are great in any weather. Made of terry cloth, very absorbent. The first time he wore them we took them to the beach and after he got off the beach he put on these shorts in his wetsuit and they did a great job of keeping my car seats relatively dry. I would highly recommend them to all children, quality, reasonable price, bright colors and they wash and dry well.
