I bought this in October and this popup appeared all of a sudden and didn't go away. When I called the manufacturer and reported this issue, they agreed that it wasn't a pop-up that the consumer wouldn't normally see. They said they would exchange and replace it. They issued a return authorization but told me I would have to pay for the return shipping. Much to my shock, I took it to UPS and it cost me $52 to send it back to the manufacturer while it was still under warranty! Much to my surprise, Revain (who I bought it through) only supported it for 90 days! Yes I will get a replacement (hopefully not refurbished) but I've learned to shop locally first as I may have a better chance of exchanging it for something I didn't call at no extra cost. The manufacturer should have included a return label within the warranty period!
