Review on Momentum Motorcycle Smart Helmet Intercom by Ricky Khan

I really liked the idea of integrating the communication system into the helmet. It seems a lot better than the aftermarket supplement. That's why I bought the Sena Momentum EVO in October 2020. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, mainly for the following reasons: - The ergonomics leave a lot to be desired. I never managed to connect to another driver. The buttons are too small to be operated comfortably with gloves on (that's the point, isn't it?). - The return of information is also very mysterious and not clear at all. Ergonomics seems to have nothing to do with Sena. Worse still, the battery died after just 8 months of use. Even after charging all night, as soon as I turn it on it says "low battery". I contacted support and they suggested doing a reset. Well, the reset button is very well hidden (another example of ingenious ergonomics) and didn't do anything - Then the support stops responding, and the store I bought it from doesn't respond either. In short: the idea is brilliant, but the implementation is really bad. I would not recommend this item and will never buy a Sena product again.
