Brilliant! I use half pans and I can.

With this I keep my pizza dough for my mobile pizza oven cold in the hot summer. Brilliant! I use half pans and I can fit 12 in (can get heavy with that much batter). Highly recommended.

The door opens 270 degrees. on the side for easy loading and unloading
