It's cheap and it's fine. I recommend shaking it vigorously before connecting, THEN checking for continuity with a multimeter, or just opening it up and checking all the connections. I found the fasteners (screws) had their heads blown off. It looks like the pair I received was hand assembled using the wrong screwdriver. There are options. Replace the screw, tighten the screw, glue or epoxy the contacts. Once you're SURE the connections are stable you should be fine, but the last thing you want is to plug them in and then short them out to a few hundred watts either way. It's nice to save a few bucks on cables, so make sure they don't fumigate your gear before subjecting it to a 22-70V load. Should last for years if not kinked and tripped/stretched . Tip: Spray "Deoxit Gold" on the connectors, no more static electricity.
