Oh well. This is probably just a temporary fix as my tire is pretty heavy for OEM jeep pivots. I can safely say that this will likely become an issue over time. The tailgate closes and opens well, but it's a lot heavier, as I said, that's because of my tires. I use Nitto Trail Grapplers 35 x 12.5 x 17 and this thing weighs ONLY 80 pounds, add a wheel that will probably hold 100 pounds on these hinges. How can you do that, it barely detaches the tire from the original bumper but doesn't touch it.
