All my bodysuits have buttons in the crotch. This closes like a bra. First, it's incredibly difficult to get it between your legs, thankfully the bodysuit has stretch so you can tug a bit to find the right angle to hook it in. Secondly, it is very uncomfortable between the legs. I wore spandex under the body to add some extra padding from the sharp hooks and the stiff lining that the hooks attach to. Looks cute and fits well but I think what they say is true. "Pain is Beauty"
