I fell in love with this bag when my husband showed it to me. I was very excited to see him. It arrived earlier than originally advertised and I received it today. However, when I opened the package, I noticed that the back of the bag was missing a zip tab. I was looking for a package, it came and there was nothing in the bag, so that's how it was sent. I tried unzipping the top zipper and it took 5 to 7 minutes because it kept getting stuck on its own. As a result, she opened it and looked at all the pockets and held the pin, and the pin broke where the seam meets the pocket. The bag didn't have the weight to tear easily. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the quality of the bag and have asked for a refund and return instructions. I'm heartbroken because we have a visit in 5 days and I have to buy a new bag somewhere else.
