Beautiful and high quality, but loses too often

It is very beautiful but they fall out every day. Luckily, my cats don't go outside, so they're mostly there for looks and "just in case" tags. I like them because they come loose, but the buckle that needs to be tightened doesn't stay tight where you adjust it.
