This phone does NOT download images. Period. Data transfer is enabled, but when you click download, the message spins for a minute, then stops and stops downloading the image. This limits messages to plain text. This phone doesn't allow Wi-Fi calling - it just shows the message "Please try setting up Wi-Fi calling again later." Wifi connects fine, it just doesn't do anything with it. It refuses to connect to my PC via USB even after I install Samsung drivers on the PC. You can hear the connection sound on the PC, but a driver error - for the Samsung driver - is preventing files from being transferred. It transferred files from the laptop using the generic driver, but the Samsung driver installed on the PC (removed and reinstalled several times) does not work. Signal strength is weak compared to the iPhone 3 (yes, 3) which is its replacement. The battery has dropped to 89% when connected to a computer trying to get it to transfer a file, which it refuses. How much energy does it take to do nothing?
