**EDIT** While this product didnt work out for me, i am totally impressed with TakeFlight's customer service. Shortly after posting my review, I was contacted by a representative. They apologized for my experience, refunded my money before I could request a refund, and gave me a coupon for a future purchase. Thanks, TakeFlight!**EDIT** 2 things wrong with this pen:First,,,,it's hard to grip when writing. The only grooves go along the pen instead of across causing grip to slip down constantly.Second,,,,after about 3 weeks of usage, I'm no longer able to twist pen open or unscrew to change refill.Very disappointing. I was so excited to have a long lasting work pen. Huge let down. But,,,,you get what you pay for.Do yourself a favor,,,,shell out some money and get a real quality product. Avoid this one.
