I have used this item about 3 times since purchase and have written on lipstick that has dried for a day or more. This product has been excellent so far. It has a medium point and writes well. I would definitely buy again. To update. Have been using these markers for 2 years and still going strong. I love her! The tip is still as accurate as day one and allows me to carve out amazing detail. I originally said I waited a day or more for the lipstick to dry, and that's still true. However, if you decorate the roll with fairly thin fondant, you can color it in with a marker for 10-15 minutes on a normal (not wet) day.
