Update: great customer service

Very bright panel with 110 watts at 13 volts. Only problem is there is already condensation in the bar and I've only had it on my truck for 2 days. Still works but if it doesn't work I'll update the review. UPDATE: I forgot to mention that this bar made a lot of wind noise when the roof was installed on my truck. With the sunroof open it was deafening. To fix this I took a roll of black gorilla duct tape and put a strip of duct tape along the underside of the stem to cover the lower fins. Noises disappeared immediately, great. It's been 4 months now and the tape isn't peeling off or holding dirt/liquid under the ribs. Recommend this cheap mod to get rid of unbearable wind noise. UPDATE: There was so much water in the bar that the waterline was visible (you can literally see the water sloshing around inside), but it still worked. However, this didn't inspire confidence, so I decided to remove the grill from my truck and open it up. I opened up both ends of the light bar with an allen wrench and removed the black silicone grommets. As soon as I opened the lid, about a bottle of water poured out of the bar, which surprised me greatly. How it worked anyway is beyond me. Use a hair dryer to dry the inside of the panel, then use clear silicone glue to reseal the edges of the light panel (DO NOT reuse the black silicone). Also sealed between the clear plexiglass and the aluminum case as water has entered from there. I let it dry for a day and threw it back in the truck. Completely dry inside since then. For $6 sealant and a little patience it's doable, but I wish it was sealed that way from the factory. For the price and the measured performance, it scores very highly. However, strength and durability right out of the box can be greatly improved. UPDATE 11/29/20: Condensation has reappeared. This time, after disassembling the entire pole, I traced the water leak to the wire sleeve. The grommet around the wire was not tight enough to prevent water from entering the rod from the wire. The bushing popped right out when I tried to pull it too, wow. I used butyl to seal the gap between the wire and the case. Also uses butyl to seal caps instead of silicone. I have found that the silicone inside the wand does not cure as there is no air movement inside the wand. I hope this is the last time I analyze this. Will be updated when something happens. LAST UPDATE 7/10/21: This lightbar is filled with water again. This is the last time I try to seal this bar. I used RTV in all the crevices and filled pretty much the entire braid with it. If it fills up with water afterwards, I throw it away. Too many disappointments at this point for a product that shouldn't have this problem at all. 8/11/21: Support contacted. They sent me a replacement light panel. I'm glad to see that they are backing their 2 year warranty. Upgraded to 4 stars for excellent results CS.10/16/21: I sealed the new light strip around the polycarbonate, removed the rear pigtail socket and plugged the pigtail with RTV where it enters the strip. This time I did not remove the side covers. After 2 months no water came in. We were met by Ida and there is still no water or condensation in the bar. Maybe my first bar was a failure, who knows.
